How to Order
There are currently five ways by which you may order from us:
- use our secure shopping cart
- use the manual order form on our secure server
- print the order form, complete it, and mail it with your payment to us at Honeybee Gardens Inc., 1082 Palisades Drive, Leesport, PA 19533
- print and complete the order form, including your credit card information and signature, and fax it to us at (610) 396-9226
- call us at (610) 396-9225 and place your order over the phone (credit card orders only).
All on-line ordering, whether it's our shopping cart or our manual order form, is secured using SSL technology with 128-bit encryption to protect the personal information you supply.
By using a check for payment, you agree to the following terms: In the event your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, you authorize us to electronically (or by paper draft) re-present the check to your bank account for collection of the amount of the check, plus any applicable fees as permitted by law.
Shipping Charges
All products are normally shipped via the United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service. Shipping charges are calculated on the basis of the total amount of the purchase; for the continental United States, please refer to the table below.
We are able to provide shipping at the low rates shown below based on the ability of Honeybee Gardens, Inc. to select the optimal shipping method for the package. We will be happy to ship your order via any method you desire, but you will be charged for any additional costs incurred.

International orders will be charged actual shipping charges; these charges are based on shipping weight, rather than order amount. If the actual shipping charge is different from the amount on your original order, we will email you to let you know what that charge is. We must hear back from you within three days in order to process your order. Sometimes the shipping charge quoted on our site is sufficient to cover the cost of postage, and in that case you will not hear from us - we will simply process your order as it originally appears.
International customers are responsible for any taxes or duties that may be imposed by their country.
Our standard US shipping charges normally cover shipping via US Air Mail to Canada. However, we have no way to track these shipments once they leave the US and cannot guarantee delivery. We normally do not have any problems with this method, however, if you choose to accept our standard shipping rates we cannot be responsible if the package does not make it to its final destination. We can ship via UPS and guarantee delivery, but an additional charge will apply. For example, sending a 1 lb. package valued at $25 to Toronto would cost $4.99 shipping via US Air Mail. Shipping that same package via UPS Standard would cost $8.40..

We are obligated to collect applicable sales taxes on purchases shipped to destinations within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Return Policies
We offer conditional 30-day money back guarantee for Honeybee Gardens products, however we do charge an administrative fee. Why an administrative fee? They become necessary in order for us to keep our costs and prices down. A majority of customers never return items. When items are returned, they cannot be resold. Honeybee Gardens pays credit card and check processing fees associated with each order. The administrative fee covers the cost of these charges. If not paid by those who returned them, the additional costs have to be "shared" by others, which we believe is not fair. We choose to keep our prices down by charging an administrative fee to non-defective, non-fault returns. We try to keep the administrative fee as low as possible and in line with the cost associated with the return. Therefore, we have devised the following rules to determine the administrative fee:
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not refundable even if returned within the time limits:
- Shipping charges - Any items that are defaced or physically damaged by end-users. We reserve the right to check the conditions of the returned items before issuing a refund. - Items marked "Clearance", "Sale", or "Sample" on invoice
Items with 0% Administrative Fee
No administrative fee for items that are returned due to our shipping error or shipping damage. We reserve the right to confirm the error. A Discrepancy Report or Shipping Damage Report must be filed within 30 days.
An administrative fee is applicable whenever the return is due to "Wrong item/color ordered," "Customer does not like the product," or "Allergy to product" (we list all product ingredients). We charge a 15% administrative fee for applicable products returned within 30 days.
Disclaimer
People can be allergic to anything. We recommend that you patch test* your skin the first time you use any of our products. If any adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately. Our body care products are for external use only. No medical claims are implied in this catalog, and the information herein is not intended be used for self diagnosis or self treatment of any condition.
Patch Test?
It's always a good idea to test your skin to check for a reaction from any new products that you are going to use on your skin. Apply a small amount of the new product to clean skin on the inside of your elbow. Cover with a bandage and leave for 24 hours. If a rash or redness appears, do not use this product. If any of our products get into your eyes, flush with water immediately. If any irritation occurs, consult a physician immediately. Do not take any products internally. |
